With the first competition of the season having been canceled due to poor weather earlier in the week, the LMHS girls and boys golf teams were finally able to hit the course Friday, April 5, for their first meet of the season.

Broodie Lawson, a senior at LMHS, recently signed with Iowa Central College for the Trapshooting Team. Broodie is the first Lake Mills student to sign with a college trap team. He is the son of John and Maggie Lawson.
NIACC’s sophomore, Wyatt Helming, was selected to the ICCAC Division II men’s basketball all-region second team Friday, March 8.
