TIC Conference Team Up

Three Lake Mills eighth graders teamed up with some of the best TIC Conference players to play in a basketball tournament in Ft.Dodge, June 10. Peyton Severson, Kaleb Bacon and Deshaun Linnen helped The TIC Hawks to a runner-up finish. In the first round, the Hawks defeated Team AFES 86-19, Linnen had 20 points for the Hawks. In the second roundm The Hawks defeated Boone 83-61, Linnen went off for 30 points to lead the way. In the semifinals, The Hawks defeated Team CF Excell 45-23. In the finals The Hawks were defeated by a very good CF Outlaws 64-51, Linnen had 12 points. Team members include.
