Rygh runs back to state meet

In his two seasons as a varsity runner for LMCS cross country, Carson Rygh is two-for-two in advancing his season to the state meet, after wrapping up his sophomore season with a fourth place finish at the state qualifying meet last week.
The state meet will be held this Saturday, in Ft. Dodge.
