Judith Janette Fenske

Judith Janette Fenske, 80, passed away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020 at her daughter’s home in Emmons, Minn., surrounded by her family. Upon her wishes she was cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.Burial of her cremains will take place in the Timberon Cemetery, Timberon, N.M. Schott Funeral Homes, Mittelstadt Chapel, Lake Mills, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Judith Janette (Gilpin) Fenske was born Oct. 1, 1940, the daughter of Leon John and Verbelle Beryl (Riley) Gilpin. She attended Klemme High School, graduating in 1959.  After graduation, she attended LaJames College of Cosmetology and after graduating, she owned a salon in Klemme.  
On Oct. 27, 1968, Judith married Willard “Willie” Fenske.
Judith later attended business college in Mankato, Minn.  At the age of 64, she graduated from South Central College, Mankato.
Judith had many jobs she loved.  She most recently held a customer service position at Dollar General, Northwood, which she loved tremendously, and hated to leave.  She enjoyed doing word searches and playing games on her computer.  She loved sitting with her sweet dog, Sweetie, by her side.
She will be loved and missed by all who knew and loved her.
Judith is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Angel and David Meyer, Emmons, Minn.; a brother, Clarence (Ruth) Gilpin, Belmond; a sister-in-law, Caroline Pelzel; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willie; brother, Paul; and a sister, Cora Marie.
