Helen M. Berhow

Memorial services for Helen M. Berhow, 87, Rochester, Minn., will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 21, at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, Rochester, Minn. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens. Memorials to Samaritan Bethany, Rochester, Minn.
Helen Marie Rensmon was born Jan. 18, 1929 in Worth County, to Abel and Luella (Nystuen) Rensmon. She passed away Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017 at Samaritan Bethany on 8th.
Helen attended county school and graduated from Lake Mills High School.
On May 28, 1950 she married Milford L. Berhow at the Bristol Lutheran Church, Worth County. The couple lived in Albert Lea, Minn., until 1954, when they moved to Rochester.
She was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and active with WELCA. She enjoyed spending time with her family and sewing, crocheting and gardening.
Survivors include her husband, Milford Berhow, Rochester, Minn.; two daughters: Jane (Gene) Frank, Rochester, Minn.; and Nancy (Michael) Stadille, San Diego, Calif.; three grandchildren: Matthew (Amber) Frank, Jillian (Shawn) Elsbury and Nicholas Stadille; three great-grandchildren: Riley Elsbury and Hayley and Lucas Frank; and three sisters: Agnes Tiede, Rochester, Minn.; Dorothy (Duane) Fieck, Omaha, Neb.; and Carolyn Boelter, Rochester, Minn.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
