Grace Elizabeth Lampman was born Oct. 31, 2005 at Mercy Medical Center, Mason City, to parents Shawn and Pam (Brackey) Lampman. She was baptized at Salem Lutheran Church and was in the sixth grade at LMCS.
Gracie could communicate with those who knew her best. Her smiling, giggling, dancing and even an occasional tongue sticking out (usually at her sisters) will be missed dearly. She enjoyed walks outdoors, listening to music, going to school, and getting puppy kisses from Minnow, Millie and Max. Grace was a night owl and she was content to spend time wrestling with her dad or snuggling with her mom.
She was the recipient of amazing care and compassion from so many people through her time with us, including the staff at Gillette Children’s Hospital in the Twin Cities and her nurses, Megan, Kassie, and Sheila, and many other caregivers at home and school.
Survivors include her parents Shawn and Pam Lampman; two very proud big sisters: Amanda and Samantha Lampman; grandparents: Jim and Rosemary Brackey, Thompson; and Nancy Sevley, Clear Lake; great-grandparents, Don and Donna Anderson, Thompson; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Grace had an amazing group of kids at school, that she was lucky to have as friends.
