Wilhelm escorts Chief Justice Cady

Justice Mark Cady, the Chief Justice of the Iowa Supreme Court, waits at the entrance of the Iowa House of Representatives on Wednesday, January 13. Cady presented the annual “State of the Judiciary” to a joint session of the Iowa Legislature.  In his remarks, he called for action against human trafficking and for a reduction of racial disparities in the Iowa court system.
