Veterans Day program, Nov. 11

The 16th annual Veterans Day Program will be held Friday, Nov. 11 at LMCS. A pancake supper will be served in the foyer sta¡rting at 4:45 and serving until 6:45. Veterans eat free. The program will start at 7 p.m. in the auditorium. This year’s program will consist of the LMHS band playing the National Anthem and the military medley. Students will read their essays chosen by the school staff from contest entries. “Take Three” and the fourth and fifth grade chorus will sing patriotic songs. Veterans are encouraged to wear their Honor Flight and Operation LZ medallions.
