Practice makes perfect

The Lake Mills Fire Department conducted a training exercise last week, when they burned one of the oldest houses in Lake Mills, on the corner of N. 3rd Ave. E. and N. Grant St. The house was owned by Keith and Becky Johnson, who donated the structure for training purposes.
The training allows the fire department to closely simulate a “real life” situation to which they may be called.
