LMHS students help distribute Christmas boxes

Several LMHS students helped Monday, Dec. 17, carrying out heavy food boxes for the almost 100 local individuals and families the LMAMA Food Shelf serves. The boxes were packed the night before with the assistance of 4-H groups and their leaders. The boxes contained hams, canned goods, fresh vegetables and other items. Along with the students, many adult volunteers helped organize the distribution. Local families enjoyed a truly bountiful Christmas, thanks to those that donated food and money, volunteered, and helped out.
