Clear Lake hosting Harvest Festival

Clear Lake’s 15th annual Harvest Festival will be held Saturday, Oct. 5, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The festival combines a full scale wine, beer and hard cider sampling, with a downtown street festival.
Souvenior bag holders will be able to sample wine, beer and hard cider at a record number of downtown locations. All festival goers will enjoy the expanded farmer’s market bursting with fall’s bounty, plus many other vendors lining up for three blocks along Main Avenue and around City Park.
There are also fun events to participate in or watch, like the homemade salsa contest, grape stomp, and pumpkin roll relay. As always, live jazz bands will perform throughout downtown to set the mood.
Souvenir bag holders are entered to win round trip tickets for two to Chicago on Air Choice One, $500 in Chamber Bucks, gift baskets, Vino2Go cups, and more. All sales are final. Ticket prices increase Sept. 30
