Clagett inducted into 4-H Hall of Fame

The late Mary Clagett served as the Worth County Extension Office Manager and was inducted into the Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame last Sunday.
Through her many years of dedicated service to the families of Worth County 4-H Mary became the go to person at the Extension Office in providing valuable educational resource information.  Her positive traits of dedication, organization and responsibility in her job is highly commendable. Mary has been appreciated and respected by all in showing a strong desire to “Make the Best Better” in the Worth County 4-H Program.
Mary’s induction ceremony took  place Sunday, Aug. 20, in the Iowa State Fair 4-H Building at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines. Her husband, Steve, and son, Tom, and his wife, Melissa, received the award in her honor.
