City works through transformer issue

The City of Lake Mills lost power early Saturday morning for approximately 40 minutes due to an issue with a transformer in the city’s substation. The city employees worked with Dairyland Power to assess the damage and formulate a plan.
Certain areas of Lake Mills were without power Sunday for about an hour as the city worked through the issues.
