Winter not ready to give up

North Iowa was once again hit with winter weather Monday, starting out as rain, changing to freezing rain, and eventually heavy, wet snow. Winds blew up to 45 mph, causing visibility issues. The storm caused school to dismiss early Monday, and due to icy conditions under the new snow, school was cancelled Tuesday. While it wreaked havoc on travel and school, the wet and heavy snow again created stunning visuals.
