Schipper wins gun raffle

Rusty Schipper, Lake Mills, was the winner of the Henry Firefighter Tribute Edition gun raffle, held by the Lake Mills and Forest City firefighters as a fundraiser for Lake Mills native and IFA lobbyist, John Pederson.
