Farming of Yesteryear, Kiester, Minn., will hold their 35th annual Threshing Festival, Sept. 8-9.
Many new events are planned for this year centered around the theme lawn mowers and lesser known tractors. There will be a lawn mower “Fun Run,” lawn mower games, and a first-ever lawn mower pull. Call Chad at 507-676-0549 for more information.
A horseshoe tournament will be held both afternoons. Horseshoes are furnished. Call Kirk at 507-320-2928 for information.
Entertainment will include Gary Tyson, the Nords, Sunrise, and Somethin’ Country, on Saturday. Dunnell Lenort, and The Goodtime Dale Show on Sunday.
All regular demonstrations and activities will be held throughout the weekend.
